Contact Info: The email address marked PREFERRED is where your graduation updates will be sent.

We will let you know:
- We have received your Graduation Application (within 1-3 business days)
- Whether you are on track to graduate or have some requirements to complete (within 1-3 weeks)
- Whether your degree was awarded or denied after the term ends (within 5 weeks after the term ends)
You can also find your Graduation Status on your ctcLink student homepage under Academics > Apply for/View Graduation. Please note: the Apply for Graduation button does not work. You must apply via the Sign Now Form.

If we have not received a Graduation Application your status will show “No Graduation Application exists at this time.”
If we have received your Graduation Application, then you will see one of these values under “Status.”
- Applied for Graduation = we have received your Graduation Application.
- Needs to Finish Pending Work = we have received your Graduation Application and you have remaining requirements.
- To view these requirements visit the Degree Progress tab on your ctcLink homepage.
- Eligible to Apply for Graduation = we have received your Graduation Application and you are Eligible to graduate.
