The purpose of the Associated Student Council (ASC) is to best represent the needs of
students to faculty, administration, and government officials. ASC budgets and allocates
Service and Activity (S&A) Fees. These fees are the portion of each students tuition
allocated back to them through the S&A fund. The council also coordinates student
tenure review committees and members, allocates student
building funds, and represents students at the Board of Trustees meetings and student
lobby organizations. ASC meets every Wednesday at 2:45 p.m. in the Lair upstairs
conference room. All students are welcome and encouraged to attend.
