How do I view my transcripts?

If you have attended Spokane Community college since fall quarter 2009:
You may log in using your ctcLink ID and Password.

If you have not activated your ctcLink account:

  1. Go to ctcLink
  2. Click "First Time User?"
  3. Activate your account

Then under Academics:

  1. Select "Other academic" using the drop down
  2. Select "My Course History"

On the right hand side at the top of the page, you may select to re-sort your courses.

If you attended Spokane Community College and your last quarter is previous to fall 2009:
You may order unofficial transcripts by fax, by mail, or in person.

Write the following information on a sheet of paper:

  1. Full name (including any former names)
  2. Student ID and/or Social Security Number
  3. That you need an unofficial transcript and where you want it sent, mailed or faxed (sorry, email is not an option)
  4. Date the document
  5. Sign the Document (Spokane Community College cannot release a transcript without the student's signature)
  6. Send to Spokane Community College:
    • By Mail: Spokane Community College, Attn: Transcript MS 2151; 1810 N Greene St; Spokane, WA 99217
    • By Fax: Transcript Office - (509) 533-8887
    • In Person: Transcript/Records Office on the SCC campus in Building 15, room 102 with picture identification.

If the quarter is not over, you should talk to your instructor about where to view your grades to-date for current classes.

Be sure to talk to your instructor before the end of the next quarter.

Notes

  • If you have any outstanding financial balances, library fines, or equipment holds, you will not be able to access your grades or transcripts.
  • SCC will not fax Official Transcripts. Faxed transcripts received at SCC are considered unofficial.
  • SCC does not provide an overnight or express processing service.
  • Once transcripts are mailed from Spokane Community College, the college cannot assume responsibility or liability of the timely and/or accurate delivery of the United States Post Office.
  • You may pick up your order from the registration desk in Building 15. Allow 7-10 business days to process. A valid picture ID is required for pick-up.

In addition to ordering transcripts via the National Student Clearinghouse, you can also use it to verify your enrollment.

Official Academic Transcript requests are processed 7-10 business days after receiving request and payment. You may order official transcripts online, by mail, or in person.

Save Time! Order online through the National Student Clearinghouse. A fee of $5.00 per official copy and a fee of $2.25 per recipient must be charged to a valid credit card before processing.

Order by Mail or Fax: Complete the online PDF form, print, sign, and mail or fax a letter including all of the information listed below with your signature and the date.

  • Full name (including any former names)
  • Current address and telephone numbers
  • Student ID and/or Social Security Number
  • Date of birth
  • Student's signature on printed form or letter
  • (Approximate) last year of attendance
  • Complete mailing address for transcript. (To retain official status, do not open the sealed envelope.)
  • $5.00 per copy fee. Pay by Visa or MasterCard debit/credit (include the full account number, name on the card, and expiration date) or by check or money order (made payable to Spokane Community College. Do not mail cash.)
  • Mail to: Spokane Community College, Attn: Cashiers MS 2155; 1810 N Greene St; Spokane, WA 99217.
    Fax to: Cashiers' Office - (509) 533-7455

Order in Person: You may order your transcript at the Cashiers' Office on the SCC campus in Building 15.
