Transcripts (Grades)

Official Academic Transcript requests are processed 7-10 business days after receiving request and payment. You may order official transcripts online, by mail, or in person.

Save Time! Order online through the National Student Clearinghouse: A fee of $5.00 per official copy is and a fee of $2.25 per recipient must be charged to a valid credit card before processing.

• If you know your SID and PIN (student and personal identification numbers), log in here to begin.
• If you do not remember your SID and PIN, go to www.mystudentcenter.org.

Order by Mail or Fax: Complete the online PDF form, print, sign, and mail or fax a letter including all of the information listed below with your signature and the date.

• Full name (including any former names)
• Current address and telephone numbers
• Student ID and/or Social Security Number
• Date of birth
• Student's signature on printed form or letter
• (Approximate) last year of attendance
• Complete mailing address for transcript (To retain official status, do not open the sealed envelope.)
• $5.00 per copy payment (Visa or MasterCard debit/credit payments must include the full account number, name on the card, and expiration date. Checks or money orders should be made payable to Spokane Community College. Do not mail cash.)

Order in Person: You may order your transcript at the Cashiers' Office on the SCC campus in Building 50 (Max Snyder Building).

NOTES:

1. If you have any outstanding financial balances, library fines, or equipment holds, you will not be able to access your grades or transcripts.
2. SCC will not fax Official Transcripts. Faxed transcripts received at SCC are considered unofficial.
3. SCC does not provide an overnight or express processing service.
4. Once transcripts are mailed from Spokane Community College, the college cannot assume responsibility or liability of the timely and/or accurate delivery of the United States Post Office.
5. You may pick your order up from the registration desk in Building 15 (Allow 7-10 business days to process. Valid picture id is required for pick-up).
