Transcripts (Grades)

Note: If you have questions after reviewing the information on this page, please call us at (509) 533-7012.

Grades are posted to transcripts approximately one week after the quarter ends.

Students have three different options for obtaining transcripts:

  1. The Official Transcript Request form is available here.
    (You will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to access this form.)
    • There is a $3 nonrefundable fee per transcript
      • Access the above link for payment options.
      • Transcripts will not be released if the student has not fulfilled financial obligations to the college.
      • Please allow a week for processing.
    • Print, complete, sign, and submit the request form and payment information to:

             Spokane, WA 99217-5399
    • Official, sealed transcripts are required by other institutions when a student transfers.
        
  2. Unofficial Academic Transcript Request (Web Self-Service)
    Instructions:
    • You will need to know your Student Identification number (SID).
    • You will also need to know you Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you do not know your PIN, please contact SCC Information at (509) 533-8006.
    • Visit the following website to view/print your transcript: https://secure.scc.spokane.edu/wts/info/waci002.html
    • Please note: This service is available as follows:
            Monday-Thursday: 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
            Friday: 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
            Weekends: From noon Saturday to 11:30 p.m. Sunday
        
  3. Non-Academic Continuing Education Transcript Request
    Instructions:
    1. No fee is charged.
