SCC Players
Folk Stories - (Winter 2012)
First Night Spokane 2012
The SCC Players were proud to be a part of First Night Spokane 2012. They presented three high-energy, interactive folk stories.
One from China ("The Four Dragons"), one from Africa ("Master Man"), and one from England ("More Than a Match"). The stories were
also accompanied with world percussion instruments as well as a crystal flute to help enhance each story's mood and provide sound
effects throughout the stories. They performed three shows that night (9 p.m., 10 p.m., and 11 p.m.). The audience enjoyed the
experience and so did the Players. The Players also had the opportunity to walk in the opening procession carrying large puppet
palm trees and dinosaurs and playing percussion music to enhance the procession.
