Consult a counselor: Counselors are available Monday through Friday to help with personal concerns that may arise while pursuing an education. Such help may include a referral to a community agency that may be able provide further assistance. Refer to the appropriate Counseling/Advising contact number in the Counseling/Advising Services section of Student Services.
As a student in the Community Colleges of Spokane, you have certain legal rights that are important and that should be respected. Likewise, you have responsibilities pertaining to conduct as a CCS student. The Standards of Conduct for Students are available online.
Complaints concerning faculty or staff can usually be resolved by contacting the involved party. If this does not help, the next step is to contact the appropriate Department Chair or the Dean of the division.
