2010 Commencement Ceremonies

Location and Guidelines

All graduations will be held in downtown Spokane at the INB Performing Arts Center, 334 West Spokane Falls Boulevard, www.spokanecenter.com. Find detailed information regarding graduation and participating in the commencement ceremony in the

Ceremony

In order to participate in graduation, please complete the 2010 SCC Commencement Ceremony Online Registration by April 21, 2010. This will also reserve your cap and gown.

Petition (Required)

You MUST complete the Graduation Petition Form, one per program, to determine if you are eligible to obtain your certificate or diploma and to participate in the spring commencement ceremony. Please complete it and submit it two to three quarters before completion of your program. To assure that your name is included in the 2010 Commencement Ceremony program, your petition must be submitted no later than April 9, 2010. You can access the Graduation Petition Form at www.ccs.spokane.edu/Forms/SCC-Forms/Student-Svcs/ccs40156.aspx.

Cost

There is no additional cost associated with the commencement ceremonies. All costs have already been included in your paid tuition.

Honor Cords

Those who have qualified to graduate with honors will receive their gold honor cord when they pick up their cap and gown. Those students who are members of PTK (Phi Theta Kappa, an Honor Society), you may individually order graduation regalia through www.ptk.org or your chapter advisors.
