Campus Security

At SCC, campus safety is a top priority. We strive to provide an atmosphere that is not only safe, but also friendly and positive for our students, faculty members, and guests. The Office of Campus Safety oversees the following three areas; Security, Emergency Management, and Parking Services.

Campus Security is located in Building 1, Room 149. We can be reached by telephone at (509) 533-8624 or at our 24-hour number, which is (509) 475-7035. Our office hours are 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Mon.-Fri. during fall, winter, and spring quarters. Summer quarter hours are 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Mon.-Thu. and 8:00 a.m.-noon Fri. Officers are on campus and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After hours and weekend security is currently contracted with State Protection Services.
