SCC's Cisco Networking Academy hosts a fun event for women and high school girls focusing on careers in network design and administration 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, May 15. The free event includes hands-on labs and free lunch with presentations at Orlando's, SCC's student-run restaurant.

Activities for adults run from 9 to 11:30 a.m.; high school girls' activities are 1:15 to 3 p.m. Lunch is 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m.
