Application for Admission
Thank you for choosing Spokane Community College! If you have never attended SCC for credit classes,
you must apply for admission. You must complete an Application for Admission form if:
- you never attended SCC for credit classes, or
- it has been more than five years since you last applied
You must complete a Student Update Form if:
- you have attended SCC within the last five years and would like to return, or
- you are currently enrolled at SCC and want to change to a different program of study.
Apply early!
- Fall 2011 admission application deadline: August 31, 2011
Applications submitted after this date will automatically be processed for winter quarter. - Winter 2012 admission application deadline: December 14, 2011
Applications submitted after this date will automatically be processed for spring quarter. - Spring 2012 admission application deadline: March 12, 2012
Applications submitted after this date will automatically be processed for summer quarter.
Effective July 1, 2011, the nonrefundable application fee
is $25.00.

Immigrant/Permanent Resident Alien, or a Refugee/Parolee Alien
and would like to apply online,
please follow these steps:
- Complete our online
application form.
- A $25 nonrefundable application fee is required if you have never attended
credit classes or if you have never paid an application fee at either SCC or
SFCC. If applicable, send the $25 application fee (check or money order only)
along with your name and your college-assigned student identification number
to:

Note: Applying more than one time per quarter may delay your admission application process. Your application
will take approximately two weeks to process from the date of submission.
Your registration appointment (registration access time) as a new student is based on the date you complete
your admission requirements. Admission to SCC is contingent on achieving qualifying placement test scores
(see testing requirements and information) or official college transcripts
showing completion of English and math with a 2.0 or higher. Please send transcripts to:

Individuals convicted of sex or kidnapping offenses are required to self-disclose such status to the
Chief Student Services Officer prior to admission as a condition of enrollment. Failure to comply may
be grounds for denial of admission or expulsion from CCS.
