Final Exam Schedule

All exceptions to the Final Exam Schedule must be approved in advance by the chief academic officer of each instructional unit. All final exams are to be given on scheduled days only. Exception: "Block" programs will be held as regularly scheduled through the last day of the quarter.

Winter 2013

DAY CLASSES MEETING 3-5 DAYS PER WEEK AND ONLINE/HYBRID CLASSES
All final exams are scheduled in two-hour blocks and begin at the normal class starting time.

Non-proctored exams for online classes and hybrid classes meeting less than one day per week - Students should be given a two- or three-day window in which to schedule their exams before the end of finals week (at the designation of instructor).

DAY CLASSES MEETING 1 OR 2 DAYS A WEEK

Hybrid classes meeting a minimum of one day per week should follow the finals schedule below.

Follow the schedule above if no conflict exists with other classes. If there is a conflict, follow the schedule of 7:30 to 9:30 a.m., Monday, March 18 or 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 19.

EVENING CLASSES

  • Monday/Wednesday classes - Final exams are Monday, March 18.
  • Tuesday/Thursday classes - Final exams are Tuesday, March 19.

Spring 2013
