Program Description
Our office clerk certificate program prepares you in one quarter for entry-level positions in the business world.
Students who successfully complete this program are prepared to:
- format letters, memos, tables, and reports using Microsoft Word 2002
- use email to communicate with others
- use electronic calendars
- use correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation in their documents
- operate a variety of office equipment such as computers, electronic typewriters, electronic calculators, facsimiles, telephones, and digital copiers
- perform general office procedures such as filing (electronically and manually)
