Business Technology
Office Software Specialist
Certificate, 63 credits, 4 quarters
We offer you two special ways to earn college credit toward your certificate or degree in many of the Business Technology Department
programs. One way is the successful completion of a high school business course(s), and the second is to pass the
Microsoft Office Specialist certification exams.
You may also earn many college credits toward a certificate or degree through the successful completion of online classes. Students may complete
as many as 71 credits of the 109 credits required in the Administrative Assistant and Office Software Specialist programs through our extensive
offering of online classes. Many of the tests for the courses are proctored; local colleges and libraries are often willing to proctor exams.
